Do not combine RTS with PO items, any orders with these combined will receive all items in one shipment once the preorder items have been received. If you what your RTS items fast please place your orders separately.

Note that all preorders have a listed TAT/ETA, these are estimates of when items will arrive to TC and though we work to get your items to your within stated timelines they can be extended due to vendor changes. If there is any change to TAT you will receive an email disclosing the change and offering to cancel your order.

If you find your item to be defected please email customercare.taylorscustomsllc@gmail.com with your order number and picture proof within 3 days of receiving your order, if it is deemed defective you will be sent a return label and upon receiving defective product TC will issue you store credit.
