Refund policy

As these are handmade products there can be minor imperfections and returns/exchanges will not be accepted (if there is a defect in your products please send an email with photos within 48 hours of receiving your order). Most items are handmade or have handmade details and there will be minor imperfections and flaws, this is why each item has its own charm and is unique in its own way! There is a TAT (Tentative Arrival Time) on all orders, this is an estimate and I cannot guarantee a specific date. We will always try our best to have orders arrive within TAT, but of course there are things that are out of our control (we will reach out for any updates if TAT changes). Please keep this in mind when ordering sizes. No returns/exchanges accepted on size changes.
